Gary is the CEO and co-founder of Cfast, Gary started his working life as a staff nurse in hospitals in South Yorkshire. Despite moving into the dental industry over 10 years ago Gary maintains a philosophy of taking care of people and that has become synonymous with Cfast and has helped us grow into one of the more trusted and well respected names in the cosmetic orthodontic world.
Gary has held senior management and executive level positions in a variety of different companies within the dental industry which has seen him travel the world and even re locate his whole family to New Zealand, This experience has helped Gary gain a real understanding of the needs of both the patient and dental practice that has helped to shape Cfast.
Gary works 24/7 and is always on hand to answer any questions and talk to customers, being a people person Gary prides himself on meeting all of our Cfast partner dental practices to ensure they represent the best in patient care and that is what helps give Cfast a family feel, we all know each other and we all work together to help deliver the best products and the best care for the patient.
Miguel graduated in Portugal in 2006 and relocated to the UK in November of the same year. He worked in Worcester and near to Bristol before moving to Norwich in 2011. Miguel’s interests in developing his knowledge lead to a post-graduation in implants in 2008 in Portugal. Miguel finished his MSc in Orthodontics at Warwick University in 2019.
Miguel has been an integral part of the Cfast Clinical team and family for many years, advising our existing users on their cases and teaching new users in his capacity as Chief Lecturer. As our newly appointed Clinical Director, Miguel will build on our strong track record of delivering support to dentists and is committed to driving improvements
Fun fact: Miguel flies backwards and forwards to Portugal every week and is even taking flying lessons!! In his spare time he loves spending time with his family, travelling and playing football with his son.

Rob has been involved in orthodontics for over forty years as well as being a lab owner for thirty years, however I am we’ll aware of the old adage “you can have many years experience or experience the same thing for many years!”
At the lab we are acutely aware of moving with the times, hence the association with Cfast.
Cosmetic orthodontics is a refreshing way of approaching dentistry, most invasive and highly satisfying to both the patient and the provider,many potential patients who would have previously not considered orthodontic treatment can now enjoy the benefits of a “nice big smile!”

Kirsty has been with the team for 8 years following a career in public and private sector management. Reporting to the CEO, Kirsty is responsible for the smooth running of Cfast UK managing everything from the office to courses, accounts to customer services. Chances are you have probably spoke with her on the phone to discuss your account, seek advice about how you can successfully implement Cfast in your practice or simply had a chat to stay in touch!!
Kirsty is a self confessed workaholic and as many of our customers will tell you she will be answering emails and returning phone calls late into the night. Kirsty loves working with people and strives to maintain excellent levels of customer service 24 hours a day, something the Cfast family pride ourselves on.
A busy mum of 3 children she loves cooking, the odd glass of wine and days at the seaside.
Diane is an integral part of the Cfast team and knows just about everything there is to know. Diane’s background in systems, processes and analysis allows her to bring attention to detail to many of the Cfast Office procedures ensuring our customer experience is consistent.

Simon Tucker is a salesman, an experienced business builder and a people developer. He has operated nationally and internationally with some of the leading dental companies in a variety of management roles.
One of Simon’s core strengths is building and developing sales teams through focused training in communication, presentation and negotiation skills from both a classroom and field perspective.
After gaining engineering qualifications with Rolls Royce, Simon entered the dental world with Oral B. In 1986 he joined KaVo Dental Ltd, a company he served for 11 years in a variety of sales, management and training functions, culminating as sales and marketing director for the KaVo America Corporation, living in Chicago. In recent years Simon has worked as sales manager for Ivoclar-Vivadent, European sales director for KerrHawe and director of equipment for Henry Schein, UK.
In 2005, Simon set up Medenta Finance Ltd with three partners. Over 6 years, they built the business through word-of-mouth, by providing dental practices not only with a finance tool, but with the skills to talk more confidently about money. The business grew from zero to £25,000,000 per year in treatment finance. In 2011, Medenta was sold to Practice Plan Ltd.
David Winkler received his DDS from The Royal Dental College of Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1983 after having worked as a dental technician for 3 years.
He is the founding president and Honorary Life President of the Scandinavian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry past-president and Life Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, immediate past-president of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, and currently President of the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry.
He is a member of the International College of Prosthodontists and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. He sits on the editorial or advisory board of the Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, and Practical Procedures and Aesthetic Dentistry.
He has been involved in implants since completing the Branemark training in 1987. He consults for numerous international dental manufacturers. He lectures internationally on general practice treatment modalities and materials, cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, implant restorative dentistry, as well as being an editorial team member of the Reality Research Team, and evaluator for Clinical Research Associates in the US. He maintains a private practice with an interest in implant, esthetic and restorative dentistry in Windsor England.
Dr Tom Sealey is a 33-year-old Essex-based cosmetic dentist with a special interest in endodontics. He is practice principal at Start-Smiling. He scooped Best Young Dentist South-East at the Dentistry Awards in 2015 and recently combined an invisible fixed-lingual retainer with a removable acrylic retainer to develop the world’s only invisible dual retention system.
The SOLID Retention System (Single-visit Orthodontic Lingual and Invisible Dual Retention System) is an all-new concept in orthodontic retention that now means dentists can place two different types of retainer in only one appointment – and just from one impression.
The concept of dual retention is supported by the orthodontic community and regarded as the gold standard in preventing post-alignment relapse.
Tom holds an MSc in Endo and a Master’s degree in Medical Education. He lectures on behalf of Cfast short-term orthodontics and for Osteocare implants.
Recently married, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife with whom he shares a passion for motorbikes.
Nadeem qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1993. He has a special interest in orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry.
Nadeem has been accepting referrals for comprehensive orthodontics and for cases requiring a combined approach with comprehensive orthodontics and restorative dentistry for over 20 years. He also works in the orthodontic department at the local hospital carrying out secondary care orthodontics.
Nadeem has been involved with research in Primary Dental Care and has been an active member of the East Lancashire Research and Development (R+D) Group. He is also a member of the British Orthodontic Society (BOS), The British Dental Association (BDA), The British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD) and the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (FGDP(UK)).
He is a sought after speaker and has been running courses on composite resin restorations for GDPs for over 15 years.
Nadeem believes that simple orthodontics can and should be carried out by GDPs. His vast experience in primary care orthodontics is valuable in advising Cfast dentists to practice orthodontics in a safe and efficient manner.
Olumide (better known as ‘Mide’) graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2005 with distinction in Restorative Dentistry. He spent a year working in hospitals as an Oral Surgery Senior House Officer to further improve his surgical skills. He has since worked in general dental practices in London before joining the team at Ten Dental Clapham.
Mide always strives to build rapport with his patients, taking time to explain treatments and discuss all options available. His calm manner helps to quickly put patients at ease.
He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, in particular cosmetic orthodontics in which he has spent the last four years enhancing his knowledge and experience. Mide takes pride in restoring confidence in dental-phobic patients, including offering IV sedation for dental anxieties. He is also trained to provide facial aesthetic treatments with Botox and dermal fillers.
Mide has a keen interest in the latest cutting edge dental techniques and regularly attends various courses across the UK to advance his knowledge. He is also a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD), the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) and the Society for the Advancement in Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD).
Mark Graduated form the University of Glasgow in 2005. He has since continued his education by completing examinations with the FGDP obtaining MFGDP and a diploma in restorative dentistry. This lead to the completion of his MSc in restorative dentistry at the University of Leeds. Mark has a passion for cosmetic and ‘pain free’ dentistry. He focuses his time working with short-term orthodontics, implants and cerec with the aid of waterlase. Mark uses Cfast in everyday practice as a simple and minimally technique to align teeth often prior to whitening and bonding, completing over 100 short-term orthodontic techniques per year.
In his spare time Mark spend time with his wife and 2 children as well as following his team at Celtic Park.
Dawn will track your case every step of the way once it starts its journey through the lab. From sending on the predicted images of your completed cases to the construction of your patients individual requirements.
John oversees laboratory production liaising between the client and the lab to best serve your individual requirements.
Tracey will have been with Triple O 22yrs this year, She over sees all the distribution of work and quality control.
